Recover a lost recording
Restore the last recording and download raw data when the editor looks empty.
- Restore last recording: the popup has a button that reopens the most recent capture.
- Recovery mode: if the editor loads without your video, it offers the raw video data for download. The raw file is the unprocessed capture: large, sometimes awkward to play, but complete.
- Diagnostic report: the editor's Help menu downloads system info plus recent session data. Send it to support with a description of what happened. No video or audio is included.
